1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, placing an order or using Nameflint’s website, domains, hosting, servers or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any product-specific conditions shown during purchase. If you act for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts and Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current account and contact information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify Nameflint promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable verification before processing sensitive account changes.

3. Orders, Fees and Renewals

Prices, billing cycles, taxes and renewal terms are displayed at checkout or in an applicable quotation. Services may renew automatically where that option is enabled. You are responsible for paying invoices by their due date and maintaining a valid payment method. Unpaid services may be suspended, expire or be terminated after applicable notices.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nameflint services to host, distribute, promote or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity. Prohibited activity includes phishing, malware, unauthorized access, network attacks, spam, exploitation, infringement of intellectual-property rights and content or conduct that creates a material risk to other customers, our infrastructure or third parties.

5. Domains and Third-Party Services

Domain services are subject to registry, registrar and ICANN requirements where applicable. Registration is not guaranteed until successfully completed. You are responsible for accurate registrant details, renewals and compliance with applicable rules. Third-party products, licences and integrations may also be governed by their providers’ terms.

6. Customer Content and Responsibilities

You retain responsibility for content, software, accounts and data used with your services. You must maintain appropriate licences and permissions, keep applications updated, use secure credentials and avoid activity that unreasonably consumes or disrupts shared resources. You grant Nameflint the limited permission necessary to store, transmit and process content solely to provide and protect the service.

7. Backups and Security

Where backup or security features are included, they are additional safeguards and not a substitute for your own current, tested backups. Unless a product term expressly says otherwise, customers remain responsible for maintaining recoverable copies of critical data and securing their applications and devices.

8. Suspension and Termination

Nameflint may restrict, suspend or terminate a service when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, urgent network protection or a suspected violation of these terms. Where circumstances allow, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Serious or repeated violations may require immediate action.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical faults, upstream providers, attacks and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Features, infrastructure and plans may be updated when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure or improve the service.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and any product-specific terms. Domain, licence, third-party, setup and custom-service charges may be non-refundable. Customers should preserve required data before cancellation or service expiry.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nameflint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from use of the services. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the period giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, operational or legal changes. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@nameflint.com.
